So the big question is "Where can I eat gluten free on the go"
Sometimes we get stuck in the city and just need to eat!!! Here are some of the places that have gluten free menus
Dairy Queen and Wendy's have a menu that you can ask for that tells you what allergens are in which items. Usually we just get fries and a grilled chicken breast. Then we cut it up like chicken nuggets for the kids. Not supper exciting but gluten free, filling and fast!
I am told that Bad ass Jacks has a huge menu that is gluten free! So I am gonna have to try that one out soon.
Boston Pizza also has a gluten free pizza and pasta. So that is another option.
Most restaurants have a binder that should be available for you to look at and check out the ingredients in all their products. A lot of places coat their fries in flour, so be sure to ask if your restaurant does. Don't be afraid to ask for them to make accommodations.
Anyways let me know if you have some favorite places you like to eat out that make good accommodations for you!
