Well now that we have covered the basics it's time to move on to gluten free baking. It's so different than baking with wheat. Sadly it takes a bit more brainpower to do it but hopefully I can clear up some of the confusion with some helpful hints. Before I start posting my recipes I want to help you out by making a pantry list. A trip to Bulk Barn is in order. I will tell you all the ingredients I use so that you can make any of the recipes that I make. When you start looking up recipes on gluten free baking its frustrating because there are tons of alternative flours and lots of sugar substitutes. So I will make sure I have all the flours and ingredients in the list so you won't have to make multiple trips to the bulk barn for an obscure flour to make a recipe. Feel free to try other ones too. But if you want some simplicity in your gluten free adventure here is what you will need
Pantry list

1 cups Tapioca flour
1 cups Potato starch (not flour)
1 cup Quinoa flour
1 cup Arrowroot flour
1 cup Coconut flour
1 package Xantham gum
1 package Gluten free baking powder
