This is my first post. I thought I would post that granola bar recipe that I was tellin you about on Facebook. It's from my gluten free cookbook that I got from my grandma. Thanks grandma! Here it is.
Breakfast Berry Bars
Preheat oven 325 degrees. Lightly grease 9 by 13 baking pan.
Slowly boil 1-14oz can of sweetned condensed milk . Remove from heat and add the following
- 10oz of mixed dried berries
- 2 3/4 cups wheat free rolled oats
- 2 oz gluten free crispy rice cereal
- 1 oz of sunflower seeds.
Press it into greased pan and bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool 5 minutes, then slice into granola bars and move to cool on wired rack.
Keep in airtight container for up to 1 week.
I really love these. To get colby to eat them I added drizzled chocolate on top.
