The goal this week is just to share with you ideas of Gluten Free Meal Planning or ideas on how to fill up on a gluten free diet.
I am just gonna let you know what we eat around our house. I have kids so this is tailored to that.
Breakfast
Peameal Bacon and scrambled eggs
Hard boiled Eggs
Gluten Free toast and fresh fruit
Gluten Free cereal with almond milk (or regular milk for those who can drink it)
Yogurt and Gluten free granola with diced fruit
GF crepes and real maple syrup*
Gf Banana chocolate chip Muffins*
GF applesauce Muffins*
Lunch
GF sliced ham spread on goat cheese and rolled up
Sliced apples and peanut butter
Celery dipped in peanut butter
Raw veggies and fresh fruit
Rice cakes or rice crackers with ham and cheese and pickles
Rice cakes with peanut butter
Rice cakes with melted cheese
Steamed chicken breast pieces with ketchup and oven roasted potatoes.*
GF Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins*
Precut and Sliced Grapefruit cup
Boiled Eggs with salt and pepper. (I remove yolks for the kids, they dont like them)
GF Nut Protein cups *
GF Chocolate cherry date bars*
GF Oatmeal Energy balls*
Supper
Chicken Breast Pieces and Seasoned Oven fries and steamed veggies*
Porc tenderloin with spices rubbed on it and sweet potato cubes and steamed veggies*
Baked Chicken thighs and GF spiral noodles and steamed veggies*
Root Soup and GF Cornmeal Muffins*
GF Crepes, bacon egg muffins and fruit salad*
Saute chicken breasts and veggies on vermicilli noodles*
GF Farmer Sausage and Baked Potato wedges and salad*
Desserts (Cause we cant live with out them)
GF Brownies*
Popcorn Cake with gummy bears and m and ms*
Peanut Butter truffle Cookies*
GF Cornflake Peanut Butter Squares*
GF Double Chocolate Muffins*
